1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CleanEnroll's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you may not use our platform or services.
2. Services and Pricing
Team Plan
Up to 1,000 contracts per year, 3 SOW templates, basic dashboard analytics, and standard email support.
Scale Plan
Unlimited contracts, 10 SOW templates, advanced analytics, priority support, and custom API integrations.
3. Provider Responsibilities
As a service provider using CleanEnroll, you agree to:
Provide accurate Square credentials and maintain a valid merchant account.
Maintain valid and accurate SOW checklists for all service offerings.
Comply with all terms specified in client contracts generated through the platform.
Maintain appropriate business licenses and commercial insurance coverage.
4. Prohibited Use
The following uses of the CleanEnroll platform are strictly prohibited:
Utilizing the platform for residential cleaning services or non-recurring one-off jobs.
Automated scraping, crawling, or extraction of client data.
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties or competitors.
Using the service for any illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud.
5. Payments and Billing
All platform fees are non-refundable. Annual plans are billed upfront in a single installment. Monthly plans are billed automatically on the first day of each billing cycle. A 14-day free trial is available for new users. A valid credit card is required to start your trial.
Notice: Failure to pay outstanding fees within 5 business days of the invoice date may result in immediate service suspension or termination.
6. Termination
Suspension by CleanEnroll
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for late payments, direct contract violations, fraudulent activity, or engaging in prohibited use of the platform.
Cancellation by User
You may cancel your account at any time. Annual plans will be pro-rated for unused full months minus a cancellation fee. Monthly plans will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not be charged subsequently.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanEnroll's maximum cumulative liability to you is strictly limited to the total fees paid by you to CleanEnroll in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including lost revenue or profits.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the platform are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
