This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies to Scale Plan customers processing client data.

CleanEnroll processes data only for the purposes of MSA generation, automated invoicing workflows, and dashboard analytics as defined in the Main Service Agreement.

Upon termination of the Service Agreement, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized from all production systems within 30 days, subject to any legally mandated retention periods.
6. Audits
CleanEnroll provides an annual security questionnaire and executive summary of audit reports to Scale Plan customers to verify ongoing compliance with the obligations set forth in this DPA.
