This Cancellation Policy governs subscriptions for CleanEnroll. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding billing and account termination.
1. Free Trial (Zero Commitment)
CleanEnroll offers a 14-day free trial with a valid credit card required to start.
You may use the full features of your selected plan during the trial without entering payment details.
If no subscription plan is explicitly activated after the 14-day trial ends, your account will expire automatically. No charges will ever occur without your manual intervention.
2. Subscription Activation
To maintain data continuity and operational access after the trial:
You must navigate to the Billing section, select a plan, and provide valid payment credentials.
Billing begins the moment you activate your paid subscription.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You are in full control of your subscription. Cancellation can be performed at any time through the dashboard.
The Cancellation Workflow:
Your subscription remains active and fully functional until the end of the current paid billing period.
CleanEnroll will not initiate any further automatic charges following your cancellation request.
All features and data access will terminate at the exact close of the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Payments
CleanEnroll is a B2B infrastructure platform. All payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated credits for unused time within a billing cycle.
Exceptions for Refund Issuance:
* Refund requests must be submitted to our billing team within 7 days of the transaction.
5. Data Retention & Access
Upon expiration of your subscription:
Dashboard access will be restricted to "Read-Only" for 7 days before full account locking.
You must export your client and contract data prior to the end of your billing cycle.
Data deletion occurs according to our standard DPA schedule.
