1. Permitted Use
CleanEnroll is designed exclusively for commercial cleaning businesses with 10-75 employees managing recurring service contracts. Permitted use cases include:
Office building cleaning contracts with recurring schedules
Medical clinic and healthcare facility cleaning services
Retail space and commercial property maintenance
Net-30 billing workflows for commercial clients
Master Service Agreement (MSA) generation and management
2. Prohibited Use
The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:
Residential cleaning services or home cleaning operations
One-off cleaning jobs or handyman services
Unlicensed or uninsured cleaning operations
Automated data scraping or bulk export of client information
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties
Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
3. Compliance Requirements
All users must maintain the following compliance requirements to remain in good standing:
Valid business license in good standing with local authorities
Commercial general liability insurance with minimum $1M coverage
Active Square merchant account in good standing
Compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Adherence to data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
4. Enforcement and Violations
CleanEnroll reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Violations may result in:
Account Suspension
Immediate suspension without prior notice.
Termination
Permanent termination and data deletion.
Forfeiture
Loss of prepaid fees or subscription credits.
Legal Action
Action for damages or breach of contract.
Warning: Violations of this policy result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent termination of all services.
